Starter

  • Shrimp Picadillo Empanadas
    Savory Cuban pastries filled with seasoned shrimp, jalapeño peppers, and golden raisins; accompanied by a chipotle salsa for dipping
  • Tomatillo and Tomato Salad
    A trio of tomatillos, red cherry tomatoes, and yellow tomatoes served in a sweet citrus dressing with a kick

Entrée

  • Cuban Mojo Chicken
    Chicken breast with a mandarin black bean salad served with baked sweet potato rounds
  • Cuban Black Beans and Rice
    Black bean patty over pineapple rice and served with baked sweet potato rounds

Dessert 

  • Rum Cake
    A Cuban classic drizzled with a banana liqueur sauce
  • Flan DeLite
    A lighter take on the traditional Cuban custard

Each Table will be served a salsamole with tortilla chips
