Starter

  • Orange, Arugula and Cucumber Salad
    Arugula salad with fennel, red onion, cucumber and orange pieces topped with a lemon and olive oil dressing
  • Balsamic Marinated Olives
    Ripe black olives, Kalamata olives and pimiento stuffed olives marinated in a balsamic mix dressing

Entrée 

  • Lemon Herb Chicken with side of Orzo
    Lemon herb chicken breast atop a bed of Orzo containing roasted red bell peppers and dill
  • Orecchiette mixed with White Beans, Tomatoes, Feta and Mint
    Orecchiette pasta mixed with white beans, cherry tomatoes, green onions, crumbled feta cheese, fresh cilantro and fresh mint

Dessert   

  • Semolina and Ground Almond Cake
    Semolina mixed with ground almonds and drizzled with warm sugar syrup
  • Roasted Plums served with Greek Yogurt
    Pitted, halved plums roasted and complimented with Greek yogurt served with hazelnuts and drizzled with honey
