    Lightly breaded shrimp served with a refreshing sweet and sour sauce on the side.
  • Peruvian Chopped Salad
    A mixture of onion, potato, fresh tomato, red, green, and yellow bell pepper, pimentos, and capers tossed in sweet vinaigrette

Entrée 

  • Peruvian Style Beef Kabobs with Grilled Vegetables
    Grilled beef kabob on a bed of onion and zucchini, served with mushroom chiviche
  • Layered Potato Bake
    Slices of potato layered between ricotta cheese topped with hardboiled egg, black olive, and pimento pepper, served with mushroom and chiviche

Dessert   

  • Citrus Yogurt and Mixed Berries
    Refreshing yogurt topped with a medley of berries

    Baked caramel bars sprinkled with pecan
