    Crunchy crostini topped with sweet tomato’s mixed with savory Italian seasonings drizzled with extra virgin olive oil then dusted with fresh Parmesan cheese.

    A light yet satisfying minestrone soup seasoned with Italian herbs is a warm start to your meal

Entrée 

  • Italian Turkey Sausage with Red Peppers
    Spicy Italian Turkey Sausage lay atop a bed of sweet red peppers sautéed with fresh rosemary accompanied by tender, crisp steamed asparagus. Served with roasted red potatoes
  • Pasta con Brio
    Whole wheat penne drizzled with tomato wine sauce then tossed with fresh steamed broccoli and tender zucchini.  Finally dusted with Romano cheese and garnished with ripe black olives

Dessert   

  • Ricotta Cheesecake with Strawberry Topping
    Rich, smooth homemade Italian cheesecake with a slightly sweet strawberry topping
