About Us

Ellington’s is a student-run restaurant located in Holmes Student Center.  The students of FCNS 320 Quantity Food Production plan, prepare, and serve delicious three course meals with a theme at Ellington’s as part of their course requirements in the areas of Nutrition, Dietetics, and Hospitality Administration, housed within the College of Health and Human Sciences. These students are food and nutrition experts of tomorrow, and they are looking forward to an opportunity to have you as their guests! 

This semester, luncheons will be served on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with seating between 11:00 and 12:30 at Ellington's, which is located on the second floor of the Holmes Student Center. The price of a full meal is $8.00 including beverages and tip.   Reservations are suggested, although seating will be done on a walk-in basis when possible beginning February 19th. Reservations for groups of 10 or more are strongly recommended.
