Ellington’s is committed to providing exciting, fresh, three-course menus.
Ellington's is open for the Spring Semester!
Ellington's will be open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with seating between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
Price of a full meal is $9.00 including beverages and tips.
Ellington's is located on the main floor of the Holmes Student Center.
Enjoy wine with your meal!
One red and one white wine choice will be available with meal service. Wine will be selected for the menu based on wine and food pairings done by the students. Wine selections will range from $4.50 to $6.50 per glass. Anyone who appears to our servers as younger than 30 is likely to be carded. We hope this program will educate both our students and our clients about wine and food pairings and how to select a wine to go with a meal.
